Infographics & narrative to deliver key messages

Recently, walterwakefield had the pleasure of working with AGL, one of Australia’s leading integrated energy companies, to communicate their Strategic Imperatives at their 2016 Investor Day. The day featured presentations from members of both AGL’s Executive Team and Senior Management.

AGL serves its customers throughout eastern Australia by meeting their energy requirements, including gas, electricity, solar PV and related products and services. AGL has a diverse power generation portfolio including base, peak and intermediate generation plants. These are spread across traditional thermal generation and renewable sources of hydro, wind, solar, landfill gas and biomass. 

As part of its commitment to profitable sustainability AGL is continually taking action to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions, whilst providing secure and affordable energy to its customers.

Using animation to enrich your presentation

At Investor Day, AGL’s Strategic Imperatives were presented by Mr. Andy Vesey, Managing Director & CEO. walterwakefield produced the video animation which Andy utilised in his presentation.

Our animation needed to address two fundamental imperatives for AGL. Firstly, the continual need to reduce carbon footprint; secondly, their desire to create an unrivalled digital first customer experience. The video uses informative graphics and overlaid narrative to succinctly deliver key messages.

Themed slide decks deliver a consistent message

To support the video animation walterwakefield developed themed slide deck templates with branded assets and icons, blending with the visual theme and maintaining a consistent message across multiple presentations by members of AGL’s Executive Team and Senior Management.
