Our end-to-end digital delivery encompasses concept to user interface design, responsive web development and compliance testing within the strictest IT requirements of companies such as Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA).
Walterwakefield enhanced the user journey through the CBA’s Corporate Responsibility site by identifying key content and aligning narrative to business strategy. A full accessibility review was conducted and findings integrated into the design to ensure the site is accessible for people with a range of disabilities.
We employed interactive data visualisation techniques to improve communication of CBA’s customer satisfaction metrics including reporting against Sustainable Development Goals. We provisioned downloads of CBA’s performance data, assurance report and GRI index, and added links to historical information.
