Suncorp sought a unified and compelling suite of communication material to launch their internal change program, LSP NextGen (Legacy Simplification Program). LSP NextGen aims to simplify and harmonise internal systems and processes to improve customer experience by reducing wait times, improving documentation.
walterwakefield worked with Suncorp to develop the LSP NextGen road show campaign, which was conceived to roll out the program to Suncorp employees nationally. The campaign aimed to educate and engage employees with the major improvements planned for the business in the next five years.
The presentation was collated in an easy to navigate; custom designed application, and allows for multiple presenters to communicate key messages in their own voice, with the assistance of videos, illustrations, infographics and animations.
walterwakefield developed a series of videos to articulate the current and future state of their systems and processes as they relate to each business unit. These videos are accessible through the presentation application and can be used to complement the presenters’ message as required.
